Our journey begins in the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Split, where the red-tiled rooftops and ancient Roman architecture set the stage for exploration. Enjoy a guided walking tour through Split’s historic Old Town, including the magnificent Diocletian’s Palace, one of the world’s best-preserved Roman monuments and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Free time to uncover Split’s vibrant café culture and timeless charm.
In the afternoon, transfer to Sikuli Winery for a guided tour of the estate, followed by a four-course tasting menu with expertly paired wines and presentations showcasing the winery’s philosophy and production.

TUESDAY - 27th APRIL

Welcome to the heart of Croatian wine making, the Pelješac Region. Full of sun-kissed hills and vineyards.
Travel to Terre Madre Winery, beautifully situated on the breathtaking Pelješac Peninsula. Enjoy a guided winery tour before relaxing over a light lunch accompanied by the estate’s wines.
Further into the afternoon, we continue to the renowned Rizman Winery for a tour, wine tasting and sharing boards, all while taking in spectacular coastal views.
Early evening check-in at Hotel Bellevue Aminess****, Orebić. The hotel offers a view of the Pelješac Channel, the town of Korčula, and the archipelago of about 20 islands in the distance.

Spend the day discovering the enchanting island of Korčula. The birthplace of the traveller Marco Polo. Beginning with a short boat crossing and a guided walking tour through its beautiful medieval Old Town, often referred to as one of Croatia’s most picturesque historic centers.
Continue to Lumbarda, Korčula’s historic wine village and home to the island’s rare and distinctive Grk grape. Meet passionate winemakers at Zure, Bire and Popić, taste their exceptional wines and uncover the traditions behind this ancient variety. Between vineyard visits, savour relaxed lunches, shared local dishes and the stories that make Korčula’s wine culture so special.

THURSDAY - 29th APRIL

Discover Korta Katarina, a landmark winery on the Pelješac Peninsula known for its dedication to Croatian wine heritage. Explore the estate on a guided tour, uncover the story behind its wines and enjoy a relaxed lunch with carefully selected pairings that highlight the region’s unique flavours.
Afterwards, travel through the famous Dingač Tunnel, learning about its remarkable construction and the unique terroir that has made Dingač one of Croatia’s most celebrated and legally protected wine-growing regions. You’ll also visit a local family producer to hear first-hand about the area’s rich winemaking heritage and traditions.
The day concludes at the stunning Saint Hills Winery, where you’ll tour the estate before enjoying a selection of local delicacies accompanied by carefully paired wines.

FRIDAY - 30th APRIL

Today we journey south to the Pearl of the Adriatic – Dubrovnik.
Upon arrival, enjoy a guided walking tour through Dubrovnik’s magnificent Old Town before having free time to wander its marble streets.
This afternoon, arrive at the five-star Hotel Bellevue Dubrovnik, a sophisticated boutique hideaway set dramatically into the cliffs above Miramare Bay. With uninterrupted views stretching across the Adriatic Sea. It’s the perfect place to unwind after discovering the timeless beauty of Dubrovnik.
This evening, celebrate the conclusion of our journey with a special farewell dinner in Dubrovnik, complemented by carefully selected wine pairings.
